Our KAMA earrings are made with the highest quality stainless steel double-plated with 14K yellow gold and PVD vacuum coating to keep the product shiny and waterproof, without the color fading or coming off. Mix and match to create 8 different looks, stack them together, or create unlimited styles pairing with other stud earrings.

REFUND POLICY
We want to make sure you love your jewelry, so we offer a 30-day money back guarantee starting from the day you receive your necklace. Please note we are not responsible for the return shipping costs, or any import fees that might apply. We recommend returning your jewelry with tracked shipping as we will only refund jewelry that successfully make it back to our warehouse.
To initiate a refund/return, please email contact@omnij.co with your name, order #, and reason of return. After sending that email, please mail the package back to our office at the address below and email us again with the tracking number:

We will issue your refund once our office has received your return, inspected to make sure the jewelry is undamaged, and still contains all components including the packaging. It often takes 5-10 days for the money to show up in your account after we have offered the refund.
Items that do not meet these requirements, or are sent back after 30 days, will be sent back to your address on file without a refund.
If returning a faulty or broken item, please follow the above steps but also send adequate pictures in your email to show the flaw or what is broken. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
LOST ORDERS
When you place your order, please ensure your shipping address is correct. Omnij does not take any responsibility for packages that have been sent to the wrong address if that is what you provide.
Any missing and/or lost item must be reported to our team at contact@omnij.co We cannot offer a refund on your missing/lost package until at least 21 days after shipment, since it might just be taking longer in the mail or be held up at customs.
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that have a tracking number showing it has been delivered. Because of this, only mail your jewelry to a secure address.
